REFUND POLICY

1. Service Initiation
All consulting services commence upon payment confirmation. VertexBridgeGlob begins resource allocation and diagnostic preparation immediately upon transaction verification.

2. Withdrawal Period
In accordance with EU consumer protection directives, clients may withdraw from a service agreement within 14 days of payment without providing justification. However, if service delivery has commenced with the client's explicit consent, the right of withdrawal is waived proportionally to the work completed.

3. Cancellation Tiers
Cancellation within 48 hours of payment: full refund. Cancellation between 48 hours and 7 days: 50% refund of the remaining undisputed balance. Cancellation after 7 days or upon delivery of any work product: no refund applies. These terms apply to all service tiers offered by VertexBridgeGlob.

4. Non-Refundable Elements
Completed deliverables, third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client, and non-recoverable expenses are non-refundable. These will be clearly itemized in any refund calculation.

5. Dispute Resolution
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant invoice date. VertexBridgeGlob will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 10 business days.

6. Payment Processing Fees
Transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable. In cases of VertexBridgeGlob-initiated cancellation, these fees will be absorbed by VertexBridgeGlob.

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance
By engaging the services of VertexBridgeGlob, located at Crer. Mataró 2, El Prat de Llobregat, Barcelona, España, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Client) and VertexBridgeGlob.

2. Scope of Services
VertexBridgeGlob provides business consulting services as described in individual service proposals and statements of work. Each engagement is governed by its specific proposal, which forms an integral part of these terms. Services include operational analysis, strategic framework development, profit optimization, and related consulting activities.

3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all deliverables produced specifically for the Client become the Client's property. VertexBridgeGlob retains ownership of pre-existing methodologies, frameworks, tools, and general consulting know-how. Neither party may use the other's proprietary materials without written consent.

4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement for a period of 3 years.

5. Limitation of Liability
VertexBridgeGlob's total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. VertexBridgeGlob shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Client is obligated to pay for all work completed up to the termination date, calculated on a proportional basis.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, España.

8. Amendments
VertexBridgeGlob reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of services after amendments constitutes acceptance.
